Mildred Pallares

EDUCATION
Mildred graduated from the Faculty of Law, University City Campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Mexico City, where she obtained a diploma in Tax Law and a Bachelor of Law Degree.
During her professional and university education, she has obtained several diplomas and attended courses in Legal English, International Public and Private Administrative, Corporate, Immigration, and Real Estate.
She has studied abroad and received an Advanced English Diploma from King’s College London, England and a Business English Diploma from ILSC Toronto, Canada.
She is currently studying a specialty in Foreign Payments and Double Taxation at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Since 2015, she has worked in renowned law firms in the Riviera Maya (covering the areas of Cancun, Isla Mujeres, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos and Tulum). She has extensive experience in foreign investment, immigration procedures, work permits and legal advice for foreigners interested in investing, living, retiring or working in Mexico, focusing on bilingual immigration and corporate legal services.
Since 2020, she has worked as a partner in the Mexico City law office, providing national and international legal services.

Jaime Pallares
Master in law
EDUCATION
Jaime graduated from the Faculty of Law, Ciudad Universitaria Campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He also gained a Master’s degree in Oral Trials from Tepantlato University and currently studying for a Doctorate in Criminal Sciences.
He has completed various diplomas in justice for adolescents in Civil, Criminal and Family Oral Trials. He holds corresponding certifications from the Federal Judiciary.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
From 1980 – 1983, he worked as Public Defender in the 32nd Criminal Court of the Federal District.
1982 through 1985, he was a Public Defender in the Sixth Criminal Chamber of the
Superior Court of Justice of the Federal District.
In 1986 he founded Pallares Law Consultants. Throughout his professional career, he has mainly worked as a private defender in countless criminal, civil, family, commercial and Amparo matters. Likewise, he has been a legal counsel for various private companies such as Banamex, S.A., Conauto S.A. de C.V., Construcciones Residenciales del Sur, National Lottery, Ruta dos de microbuses and its branches. Grupo Modelo, Yamaha Motor Consorcio de México, S.A. de C.V., in the last two, it carried out judicial collection.
His primary focus is on criminal matters.

Indira Ayala
Master in law
EDUCATION
Indira graduated from the Faculty of Law, University City Campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, specializing in Intellectual Property Law.
She obtained a Master’s in Information and Communication Technologies from INFOTEC (Center for Research and Innovation in Information and Communication Technologies).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
She has worked in the public and private sectors, including her time at the divisional management of patents of the IMPI (Mexican Institute for the Protection of Industrial Property); and in the direction of planning and administration of the National Online Baccalaureate Service, «Prepa en Línea – SEP.»
She provides professional consultation, protection and defense for our clients. She is also a member of the working committees of the AMPPI: contentious matters, trademarks, and Information and Communication Technologies.
